Rolta India Ltd Spikes 9.86%, S&P BSE IT Sector index Rises 1.22%

Rolta India Ltd rose 9.86% today to trade at Rs 5.46. The S&P BSE IT Sector index is up 1.22% to quote at 15832.93. The index is up 4.95 % over the last month. Among the other constituents of the index, Trigyn Technologies Ltd increased 4.66% and 3i Infotech Ltd added 4.19% on the day. The S&P BSE IT Sector index went up 8.69 % over last one year compared to the 2.86% fall in benchmark SENSEX.
Rolta India Ltd has added 2.25% over the last one month compared to 4.95% gain in S&P BSE IT Sector index and 4.97% drop in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 18295 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 51054 shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 38.45 on 20 Aug 2018.
